# Curious if other Safe Harbor Marinas have received 2027 summer docking contracts

Today is 10/6/26 and my yard in Westbrook CT has not issued summer 27 contracts. This is unusual in my limited experience and very disconcerting. There is rumor that the new owner of Safe Harbors Marinas ( Blackstone) is making my yard for the past 3 years a “ premium” yard which means to me they will charge an exorbitant rate for what we have already enjoyed. Perhaps upgrade the bathhouses and such. Here in New England one should already be under contract or you might find you can’t get a slip where you want to be.
