I wish to thank everyone for offering your suggestions which have given me the confidence to move ahead with the installation. I have decided to postpone this installation until warm weather returns. In the meantime my Westerbeke will get me out on the water.

But to be fair, it is very rainy in the Bay Area right now and looks like it will be for a while.

Actually it’s quite cold today. The low is 49 with a high of only 58. We just bundle up and tough it out.
