West Long Island Sound current wind direction and speed - free !
We have used the Execution Rock bouy numbers for years to tell exactly what is happening on Long Island Sound before heading out of Manhasset Bay. We used the other bouys as we headed east up the Sound for the Rendezvous as well for the current conditions. Some day I need to mark on a map exactly where the bouys are instead of guessing. The Execution Rock bouy is easy - it is just east of the lighthouse. The Execution Rock bouy is yellow and I presume the others are as well.
