Has anyone established a really innovative way of transferring medium sized dogs from the boat to the dingy and back again while at anchor? No dingy davits or swim grid on this Nonsuch.
Currently considering a N33 purchase.
We are considering the “Up Dog” by Paddle North. It is designed to get the dog out of the water. They have others that are like a sweep platform that might send your purpose.

You can buy a swim platform for your boat through an INA purchaseprogram. There is a “deal” somewhere on the website.
The platforms also have a built-in ladder which won’t help you with the dog but might make the difference between getting back aboard or not in case you fall in. I am envious and wish I had one. Maybe when I haul to paint bottom next year.
I do know that various companies offer ramps that dogs can swim up to and climb up. I suspect they’re for lower freeboard boats than an N33.
The deal on swim platforms Brian mentions is found by signing in at www.Nonsuch.org, clicking on the MEMBERS tab, and selecting MEMBER SERVICES & DEALS. Look for the line which reads,
Swim Platforms
Nonsuch swim platforms or ladder extension steps are a great upgrade for swimming and re-boarding your vessel. Designs are davit compatible. Contact: Ron Schryver for pricing and delivery…
Ron’s email appears in the website but is omitted here because I don’t believe in posting contact information without permission on the web. The deal is offered annually in the Fall.

I was once told that they usually over-produce by one or two in case someone wants one during the year. I’m not sure of that, but it can’t hurt to ask.
