I am hopeful someone has a Nippon sensor, kubota or other injector reference. Engine is M35 V drive.

You have a Kubota V1200 engine, the tractor they are used in (I believe) is a B9200. Try going to a Kubota tractor dealer or service center, I wouldn’t let them know you want the injectors for a Universal marine version, or they might get worried of liability. Let us know how you make out.

It appears that the correct Denso injector would be a 93500-1570. I have not put them in but these seem to be right. $75 each.

You can get injectors rebuilt to spec for a modest price as well
Remember when you install new injectors they have to be “lapped” to fit properly in each cylinder position. This would not be the case for rebuilds and would save you a few boat bucks.

Jamie: That may be so for certain injectors, but I’ve never heard of it. When I research installing diesel injectors, it is not mentioned anywhere. I know the mating surfaces have to be clean and the seals have to be replaced.

Why do the injectors need to be replaced??

Thank you all for your replies. i replaced the injectors with the ones I mentioned earlier. They work fine - no issues with mating surfaces. The problem initiating the replacement was excess unburned fuel smell most of the time when the engine was running and white smoke often. Problems have resolved plus the soot line on the transom has lessened substantially. Engine seems to run better.
