You can move topics to a different category by selecting the topc and then clicking on the edit icon (a pencil) next to the topic heading. Below the heading, a line will appear with a drop down for the desired category and a box to enter a searchable tag. After an edit, click the checkmark that appears right below the category box to save the echange.
