I have changed the thread so we did not hijack the one regarding bedding grab rails.
If you have the time and energy I would really like to hear about your trip from the BVIs to Holland and more about your work on the former Dearie. I loved the dolphins in the companionway doors and the cockpit table that she had.
I can’t find the photos now but one was taken of a mango swamp where a large number of charter boats were stored to ride out hurricane Maria. The photo was taken as the eye of Maria passed over Tortola. Most of the boats were either sunk or swept onto the shore. Dearie was still riding in her mooring. I don’t know what happened as the eye passed by. The photo may be attached to a thread on this forum.
