I need to replace one port lens, am I correct in assuming it’s 3/8 cast acrylic.
I’ve had good results with Boatlife LifeSeal (not LifeCaulk) it’s a hybrid of silicone and polyurethane with the good qualities of both.

There are two grades of plexiglass the better one is called. Toughax or something similar it is nonbreakable or at least not very easily breakable. Make sure you get the right one.

I replaced the lenses in my two large deck hatches on my 33.
I contacted Atkins & Hoyle. They gave me good advice. I believe I purchased the silicone adhesive/seLant from them.
I believe I purchased the cast acrylic from an o line source.
I used the old lens taped to the new blank with double sided tape as a template so I could use a router with a ball bearing guide to size the new lens.
Ask Atkins & Hoyle about the lense thickness. You could also drill a small (1/8” - 3-16”) hole in the existing lens to use in measuring the thickness. Seal the hole after measuring.
3/8 cast acrylic is the answer…
