Autohelm 4000 Maintenance

I have just received my 3D-printed replacement rollers for the older Autohelm 4000 and I have procured a replacement belt.

The rollers are made by i3DGear.com and come with diagrams and delightfully informational two page replacement instruction ‘manual’. It highlights several ‘gotchas’ and points to fixes they have available.

The company also promotes a wireless control for the Autohelm – (their “fancy AutoBuddy Remote Control”) that might warrant inspection. (Disclaimer: my relationship with i3DGear is entirely client-based.)

Hope to be ready for any required repair this season, as the unit in past seasons has been taxing the motor at times of heavy use.
