Well, last night’s storm bounced us around enough that we lost the stainless steel Charlie Noble that was atop our old ELM Leblanc water heater. Any recommendations for a replacement source?

I happen to know that the flue over the on-demand propane heater in the head of my N26C was 4". So Gary is right that measuring for size is important.
