This is the complete kit containing the winch, motor gearbox, contactor, circuit breaker, instructions, and deck switch. This winch is perfect for a sail halyard for the Nonsuch 30 or 33. This winch is new stock received from Lewmar in August 2021.

I am looking for an electric winch for my nonsuch 30. Just curious how come you’re selling this and is there a real advantage to this pricy winch versus a lessor priced electric winch.

I may be selling the boat and want to sell the winch separately. The Lewmar has a 7 year warranty and has been installed on many Nonsuch boats. You’ll have to decide if the quality is worth it.

I have three Lewmar winches: a 40 electric for the halyard and reef lines
on the port side, a 30 two-speed for the choker line and topping lift on
starboard and a 30 two-speed for the mainsheet on the cockpit gunnel, all
self-tailing. I also have a Lewmar 1200 VWC windlass on the bow.
Having owned this vessel for 9 years, I can't say enough good things about
the quality, ease of use and maintainability of all of the Lewmar hardware
