Has anyone installed a microwave in a Nonsuch 30 Ultra? I would be
interested in any comments and pictures of an installation.

I believe Jeff Orlando has one on his 30U, Summer Place. You can see it on his great web site, www.nonsuch30.com, if you scroll down to his galley remodel photos. He's done several interesting modifications and shared the photos.

Hi Ron,
I installed a microwave on our Nonsuch above the cooking surface on a shelf… we have a Force 10 cook top and oven and didn’t want to give up the oven. I will take some picture and send them to you if you’d like to see what I did… the installation was written up in the Nonsuch Update several years ago. There is only one disadvantage to our setup in that the port behind the microwave is partially blocked from opening… we don’t miss it since we have the overhead hatch. We really find the microwave to be indispensible and would be lost without it.
