When I did my conversion to electric, I no longer needed the Westerbeke instrument panel in the coaming because the new motor had its display much more conveniently located on the rail around the steering pedestal.
That left me with a 6" x 8" hole that I just covered by slapping on a rectangular panel cut from a spare piece of ABS plastic.
It took me nearly ten months (!), but I finally found a decent way to fill it. A shallow little hatch from DPI Plastics. Not cheap, but it looks good and it came with a pair of USB ports so now I can charge any electric gadgets I toss in there.
