I wonder if there is someone like a plating shop that can restore your stanchions to like new if you can’t find an exact replacement. The rust must be surface rust. I always like to restore the tired old original stuff on my boat.

Thank you for your help and suggestions. I replaced the broken stanchion with a used one that is slightly different from the original, but close enough. I did need to have my machine shop drill a new hole for the angle support plus I needed their help in removing the old stanchion from the base and putting the new stanchion back into it. It was more work than I anticipated, but that’s life working on boats.
