Don’t use line, use sail tie material to prevent sail damage. Sister clips are great!!

That’s an interesting idea, Joe. I used line but with a length of webbing in the middle of each cradle line. I had 4 of them made up (as my NS22 required just 4 lines). The sail rested on the webbing. I would have used 2 sister clips to attach one of the 2 lines to the end of one of the pieces of webbing (if I’d thought about it … ). I’ve attached a photo. In my opinion, a collapsed sail supported by just a length of taut line is not the healthiest thing for the sail. The sail could get abraded.

Looks like mine although I have additionally added an extra length of line with sister clips so the foot is free from any restriction when racing.

Another sharp idea, Joe. BTW - it was lovely to put a face to a name in Toronto. Hope you had a blast.
