Nonsuch 26 Anchor Pulpit

Hi, I am new to the group. I bought Nonsuch 26 Ultra #198 in October. It is a very nice boat but it does not have an anchor pulpit. It looks like there are all the attachment bolts already in the hull. I would like to get one and wanted to know if anyone knows who built them for Hinterhoeller back in the day. Thanks for any information you have. David

Hi David,
I replaced the anchor pulpit on my 26 #83 many years ago. It was built by Stainless Steel Outfitters in Barrie, Ontario. It was mailed to me here in Ft Lauderdale, Fl. I have no recollection of what the cost was but it wasn’t that bad. Just for the record I am a very cheap s.. Good luck!

Gerard isn’t the only “cheap s..” among us, by the way !!

Stainless Steel Outfitters is used by many members of the Nonsuch community. As Joe mentioned, we don’t know where you are. If you are in the USA, then buying Canadian (with our lousy Canadian dollar’s value) is an even better buy. I would contact them first.

Thanks for the input. The boat is in Annapolis, MD. I will be taking it north to Boothbay Harbor, ME in the spring. I will contact Stainless Steel Outfitters and see what they have to say.

Hi David,

I ordered an anchor roller system from Stainless Steel Outfitters - in the fall. They will ship it to me in the spring.

I have one with the seat… grand kids love it! Best seat in the house under sail! Stainless would be my choice as they made the OEM one and have all the plans.
