Good Morning all,
There has been a slight change in the presenter for the upcoming event. Unfortunately due to a health issue, the original speaker is unable to join us.
Fortunately, we’re lucky in that Josh Twidwell (regional VP for Safe Harbor Marinas) and Basil Grabovsky (General Manager for Stratford Safe Harbor Marina) have graciously offered to step in and continue the event. Their knowledge is extensive on the subject and I’ve heard a few in house mechanics might be in attendance as well. This will be more of a round table discussion rather than a lecture. The subject format and Dutch lunch remain unchanged.
What - Diesel workshop , developing a language and thought process to troubleshoot and communicate a problem. Breaking down and understanding the problem will be the focus.
Safe Harbor Marinas as well as Outriggers Restaurant have donated their facilities to the event as well as Josh and Basil in donating their time and expertise. There is no cost to attended this event. It is primarily a Nonsuch event but customers of Safe Harbor Marina Stratford may be in attendance as well.
When - Saturday , November 9, 2024 9:30 am till noon. Dutch Lunch to follow.
Where - Safe Harbor Marina ,605 Broad Street, Stratford, Ct 06615 . The workshop will be held at Outriggers Restaurant located at the Marina 555 Broad Street Stratford Ct. 203 377-8815
Dutch Lunch - will be at the Restaurant and at individual cost if you decide to stay.
If you have not registered for the event, pls do so (and/or update with your intent to stay for lunch) so that the restaurant can plan accordingly. Please bring your questions and a notebook. We hope to video tape the event and post on the INA for those who could not attend.
Pls email me with any questions - see you there. Best, Gary Forster/ Aloki/ Oyster Bay NY
