Replace with new block from Garhauer.
Go over your boat looking to replace all with white plastic sheeves.
They will fail sooner or later and can cause problems when they do.
Garhauer blocks are very well built and are fairly priced.

It is a garhauer block, just has a plastic sheave. Seems like I could just replace the sheave and not buy the whole block assembly. A metal sheave would be good…
I remember seeing an add in some magazine that advertised replacement sheaves. You may have do Google it.
