the block replacements listed from garhauer marine from the nonsuch org store are all flat bases. How have others adapted these to the wishbone as in the picture?

There’s a smaller Garhauer cheekblock, the 25-22, that might be what you’re looking for.

My Nonsuch 30 had aluminum adapter bases for flat blocks (I presume factory original, as I just replaced all of the spar mounted blocks, which were Merriam flat base ones). For bad reasons I had to make a new adapter block from oak for one of them, which wasn’t too hard.
