I am looking to do some repairs on a wet cockpit hatch (need to rebuilt do to a soft spot) and other cosmetic work and was wondering if there was a good color match for gelcoat that would match my 1986 Nonsuch 30.
I am located in NB, Canada.

I don’t know how much the gelcoat varied over years and models, so I hope you hear from others closer to your situation.
But, for what it’s worth, MagicEzy 9-Second Chip Fix and MagicEzy Hairline Crack Fix both come in multiple shades. I found their “Oyster White” to be a pretty good match for my previous boat, a 1984 Nonsuch 26 Classic. I haven’t started gelcoat patching on my 1987 Nonsuch 26 Ultra yet. Their “Snow White” color is one shade lighter, and “Cream” is one shade darker.
I know that isn’t much help, especially if you’re trying to cover a larger area, so I hope you others closer to your situation will also respond.
Gelcoat fades and changes over the years. It is unlikely that even different areas of your deck are the exact same shade. To get a really good match you should make up a small batch to suit the repair area. This is a good video on the process. https://youtu.be/yoURRmkD8MY
