James Lacey MD, Nonsuch 26 Tomcat "Teak and Holly floooring finish?"

I am in the midst of restoring a bilge plank damaged by water from winter storage. I have removed the water stain on the teak and holly board, and have the damaged area down to bare teak laminate. There appears to be a polyurethane of sorts on the teak to protect it? I have removed this out of necessity on part of the board to remove the stain..Typically, I just oil the teak floor directly, but I think I should re-seal/ urethane it first? What product should I use? Any suggestions would be appreciated. The remainder of the board (and sole of the boat) is in excellent condition and looks to never have been refinished..
