I borrowed one very similar to this one.
Worked great. You’ll need some socket extensions, a breaker bar, and some wood block to bear against. ( HERE ) is a photo showing the bulkhead and floor stringers over the keel bolts. The wood block needs to be the right thickness to hold the socket extension vertical as you torque. I notched the block so the extension wouldn’t slide.
