A work in progress. What am I missing?
Only thing on my equivalent document that’s not on yours are the specs and replacement dates for any inflatable PFD cylinders and bobbins.
(Admittedly, lots of things on your very thorough list that aren’t on mine.)

Ya, not an inflatable fan. Rather have my lifesaving device less… complicated. Real PFD’s for us. Yes, we wear it, just like sunscreen, hats and sunglasses.

Not an answer to your question but I agree with you about real pfd’s.
It’s the seat back cushion that you wear.
…and I get it right first time every time when I put it on. 
Missing…
- engine air filter
- heat exchanger zinc
- sea water strainer
- fuel consumption rate, litres per hour
