It was made by Klacko Spars.
The sleeve is a mast extrusion of spun aluminum made to the exact dimensions of the lower seven feet of our masts. The slit cut out was done to compress it to allow it to fit inside the existing one. As it was driven in it was opened up which it allows it to expand and stay put tight.
